They were very easy to work with. The system to upload our documentation made the process very quick. It was also good to be able to sign documents electronically rather than having to go to an office. Our mortgage processor’s office was in another state so it would have been difficult to do all of the paperwork in person. However, even though we never met in person, all of the people we worked with knew our situation, responded to us quickly and I think we developed a good relationship. Even after closing, our agent Heather has still been quick to answer questions as they arise.
